A Natural Menopause Journey
The menopause, as often described, is a ‘change of life’ - signifying for women the end of one chapter and the beginning of another. It is the moment in a women’s life when she stops ovulating and her menstrual periods stop.
For some women it is a period of great potential, a time to explore new avenues now that the kids have grown up. For others it is a lot more harrowing, having to cope with the onset of symptoms such as hot flushes and mood swings.
Even in those with good intentions to see the best side of the menopause, difficulties can arise that need to be dealt with. Whilst a positive and relaxed outlook can only benefit, the changes occurring in the body may well still see the onset of symptoms.
Although some of the possible problems can be helped by Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), there are other simpler approaches which can be useful. HRT now seems to show far more health risks than benefits, with increases in blood pressure, weight gain and cancer risks being associated.
Fortunately there are easier and more natural solutions to help women through the change. These range from a change of diet, to doing more exercise, and on to using supplements and lubricants. Unfortunately these are massive subject areas in themselves which require a lot more detail than we can provide in this article.
As always we like to look at the natural solution, and in the case of MellowPause, this can be found in a herbal remedy. MellowPause is one of several natural health products for women produced by Native Remedies to combat menopause and other menstrual related problems. MellowPause is a specially formulated supplement designed to treat and prevent symptoms of menopause including hot flashes; insomnia; moodiness; restlessness and irritability.
There are many more natural supplements out there designed to help women with menopause and menstrual problems. Although we have often favoured some of the native remedies ones, they are not exclusive and with a bit of research you can easily find the ideal natural solution for you.
