Submission Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in LKNatural`s natural health & living department. We publish material that is appropriate for both the novice and professional who has an avid interest in traditional/natural healing/lifestyle methods. Our goal is to provide natural solutions and give readers solid and credible information so that they may take charge of their own well-being.

Submissions: Most of the articles that we will be posting will be written by LKNaturals and website visitors. We are now accepting submissions and at this time we do not pay for articles, however some people love the exposure. Submissions may be sent toSubmission@lknaturals.com Please include all material in the body of the message of your e-mail rather than sending attachments. Attachments will not be opened for obvious reasons. Submissions will be reviewed for their relevance to readers, use of credible sources, timeliness, and appropriateness for editorial needs.

Each submission should be well-researched. Source information should be included with your submission or in a follow-up e-mail. Below are some examples of topics that we accept:

Alternative therapies: Articles containing information that people can use to treat common conditions, such as anxiety, insomnia, headaches, high blood pressure, etc.

Natural Beauty: Natural hints and tips for promoting healthy skin, hair, weight-control, etc.

Vegetarian Recipes: Healthy foods and recipes. You may focus your content on a single food, what it can do for you, and how to incorporate it into your diet.

Mind/Body/Spirit: Practices that can help people stay in physical and emotional balance. Topics may include gardening, spirituality, retreats, yoga, fitness, etc.

The Healing Chest: Content may cover supplements, herbs, vitamins and their uses. What they are known to be useful for, how they are taken, and their side affects, if any.

Personal Story. Profiles of an individual who has found success treating an intractable condition with some sort of alternative therapy.
